Nodira is a Manufacturing Associate at Luminex Molecular Diagnostics where she manages process improvement initiatives. Her experience is in change control and project integration in life science industries.
She holds a degree in Bachelor of Science and is currently enrolled in a Project Management certificate program at University of Toronto. She grew up in Uzbekistan and moved to Toronto when she was 15.
Nodira joined the Rising Stars to help children who are facing a challenging time in their lives, be that due to a critical illness or those who might have complex medical needs. She is a strong believer that mindset plays an integral role in the recovery of a patient, and wants to contribute to the mission of bringing a positive mindset to as many children as possible.
In her spare time, she likes to travel and do some rock-climbing.
What would your wish be?
To go to Paris to attend a French Patisserie school.
Where would your ideal travel destination be?
Iceland, where I could enjoy a combination of scenery and stargazing.
